Have had occasions to contact Aaron who's absolutely marvellous to deal with. He has such a common sense and helpful approach. Such a relief to have someone to fall back on and while I've never met Aaron, I have total confidence in him (as primary contact within your business). He/you have removed the worry of getting small, but cumulative jobs done minus the time and effort it takes to find someone to do these small but critical jobs to maintain a rental property.

A very big thanks for your advice regarding matters raised by the building report on our conditional home purchase. I am pleased to say that we have proceeded with the purchase having secured a $5000 reduction in the purchase price in consideration of the possible repair cost. Once we are in there I will have a closer look at things and decide what to do.
By the way, thanks for referring me to Phil at Cornerstone – I delayed our unconditional date to make sure that he could do the job for us as you had suggested, and it was definitely worth the wait! He was very professional in all respects and provided a very detailed report that he was happy to discuss at some length to clarify the questions I had.
